Now, I have made my fair share of spinach dip, artichoke dip, spinach and artichoke dip, spinach guacamole, and spinach hummus, but I have never had a dip quite like Cedar’s Artichoke Spinach Hommus.  Packed with flavor and nutrition, and my favorite green veggie, it screams, “Eat it all!”

This hommus is great with gluten-free chips or raw veggies.  It fills you up and can be a meal in itself.  Dipping parties are one of my family’s favorite gatherings.  The added vegetables and good-for-you fats comforted me in knowing that I was serving something healthy and fun to my family.

The texture is creamy enough to spread, but hefty enough for dipping.  The garlic and cumin are perfectly blended.  This dip is a great alternative for dairy-free friends who miss the cream cheese spinach and artichoke dips.  I no longer crave the “normal” dips at parties after trying this variety.  It is everything I expected it to be:  green, delicious, and simply satisfying.
